Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Javan is a 15-year-old boy who has lost one parent, and his mom works hard to provide for him. He's friendly, makes friends easily, and loves playing football. He's so good at it that he became the school captain because of his skills and charm. Javan dreams of playing in a big football league in Europe someday.
Medical history
Javan fell ill with high fever and associated headache and general body malaise. He was rushed to the school clinic; however the situation worsened hence referred to the nearest Hospital (Ashburn Community Nursing Home) by their clinic nurse for further management. He was put on intravenous anti malaria medication as an inpatient for three days and improved. He recovered well and has resumed his studies.
Outcome
Malaria should be treated promptly with the use of antimalarial drugs. If left untreated, it can lead to severe complications and even death. It can result in organ failure, severe anemia, neurological issues, and in some cases, prove fatal, making early diagnosis and treatment crucial for preventing these life-threatening consequences.
