Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Abubakar is a 7-year-old boy, and his parent does casual labor work to make a living. He's a happy kid who enjoys fixing things and dreams of becoming a Mechanical Engineer when he grows up. But about a week ago, he started having sudden, intense coughing fits, along with a fever, loss of appetite, and vomiting. He also felt pain in his chest. His family tried giving him over-the-counter medicines at home, but the cough didn't go away. After seeing a doctor, Abubakar was diagnosed with Pertussis (also known as whooping cough). Now, he needs medical treatment to help him get better.
Medical history
Abubakar Moh'd, a 7-year-old child from a poor family, was admitted on January 3, 2024, for treatment of pertussis and acute plasmodiasis. He responded well to the treatment and was discharged home in stable condition on January 6, 2024.
Outcome
Treatment for pertussis, or whooping cough, primarily involves antibiotics to help control the infection and reduce the spread of the disease and the child will have a better life.
