Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Al Amin is an 11year old primary school student from a poor home. He is extroverted and likes playing soccer. He dreams to become a lecturer in the future. About 5 months ago, he started experiencing right loin pain, Lower back pain and pain urinating (dysuria). He was taken to different health facilities and was diagnosed of right kidney stone but the family cannot afford the cost of treatment. Pain subsides after taking Analgesics and antibiotics. However, about 2 days now the pain has gotten worse. He is diagnosed with Kidney Stone and requites urgent treatment.
Medical history

He was taken to different health facilities and was diagnosed of right kidney stone but the family cannot afford the cost of treatment. Pain subsides after taking Analgesics and antibiotics. However, about 2 days now the pain has gotten worse. He is diagnosed with Kidney Stone and requires urgent treatment. He had a successful surgery on 26th April and was discharged on 30th April, 2024. His life has improved and he is doing better.
Outcome
Treatment of larger bladder stones may require procedures such as lithotripsy (breaking the stones into smaller pieces using sound waves) or surgical removal. Additionally, measures to prevent the recurrence of bladder stones may include dietary changes, increased fluid intake, and addressing underlying conditions that contribute to stone formation.
