Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Jayden is a hardworking boy wants to be a bank manager when he grows up. He likes watching movies and reading novels. His favorite subject in school is mathematics. Jayden has been sick for the past 5 days and since his family did not have any money to bring him to the hospital, they waited, hopeful that the boy would recover. The village administrator who is aware of Helpster Charity, was passing by their home when he saw the boy lying under a tree, restless and looking sick; he informed the mother about Helpster Charity and the mother rushed with the child to hospital. The child presented to the hospital with history of fever and cough.
Medical history
Jayden was brought to the hospital by the village administrator who found him lying down under a tree quite unwell. He was brought to the hospital where a series of laboratory tests was done and he was diagnosed with severe pneumonia. He was put on medication and improved.
Outcome
Pneumonia should be treated with antibiotics. If left untreated, pneumonia may lead to the permanent lung damage, respiratory failure, septicaemia (infection entering blood stream and causing sepsis), pleural effusion (accumulation of fluid in the space between the lung and chest wall, which can make breathing difficult), and other life-threatening complications.
