Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Jisan is a 5-year-old boy who lives with his father, mother, and sister. His father works as a day laborer, doing odd jobs to support the family. They are very poor, and it has been a struggle for them to make ends meet. Despite their financial difficulties, Jisan's parents have a dream for him – they want him to study hard and become a government employee one day. Unfortunately, Jisan is experiencing pain and has trouble urinating normally. He requires surgery to address his medical condition, but their family is unable to afford the cost of the surgery due to their financial challenges.
Medical history
Jisan was suffering from abdominal pain and was diagnosed with hypospadias and chordee with meatal stenosis. After undergoing surgery, he was treated with oral antibiotics and other medications. His recovery is expected to take 2-3 weeks. Once Jisan started feeling better, he was discharged from the hospital to continue his treatment at home. Upon visiting Jisan's house, Rudo's team found that he was doing well and no longer in pain. A catheter had been placed in his penis and is scheduled to be removed 14 days post-operation. Jisan needs some time to fully recover and return to his normal activities, but he is quite impatient. Despite his recovery period, Jisan enjoys playing sports at home with his friends and helps with feeding the cows. He also accompanies his grandmother to the store to buy food. Jisan's mother expressed her deep relief and gratitude: "I can't explain how worried I was when my son fell ill. He had this problem since birth. I sought help from many people, but no one assisted us. The only treatment for this condition was surgery, but we couldn't afford it due to lack of money. I cried a lot, never thinking I would be able to get my child the operation he needed. Thanks to the support of Helpster Charity, my child's operation was successfully completed. We are very happy. You save lives by providing medical services to more helpless children like my child. Thank you!"
