Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Alheri is a sixteen-year-old orphan and the second child among five siblings. She lives with her mother and dreams of becoming a nurse someday, hoping to help both her community and her family. Recently, she has been experiencing fever, high body temperature, and weakness for several days. She was referred to Nakowa Hospital for treatment, where she was diagnosed with malaria, enteric fever, and gastritis.
Medical history
Alheri a 15 year old was rushed into the hospital with a case of severe malaria which if let untreated would result in possible organ failure. Medications were prescribed and she was placed under observation until she felt much better and was on her feet again. Subsequently, the malaria symptoms ceased and she was much better.
Outcome
Malaria should be treated promptly with the use of antimalarial drugs. If left untreated, it can lead to severe complications and even death. It can result in organ failure, severe anemia, neurological issues, and in some cases, prove fatal, making early diagnosis and treatment crucial for preventing these life-threatening consequences.
