Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.

Background
Esiayo is a 5-year-old boy, the youngest of 5 siblings. His father left the family, and his mother can't afford his medical care or rent. They're staying with their grandmother now. When Esiayo was 1 year old, doctors noticed one of his testicles was missing from his left scrotum. They said he needed surgery, but his mom couldn't afford it. Doctors diagnosed him with undescended testicles and said he needs surgery.
Medical history
The surgery was carried out as scheduled. The patient responded well to the surgery and the post operative management. Esiayo was discharged at the stable state of health.
Outcome
Treatment for undescended testis typically involves surgery, known as orchiopexy. During this procedure, a surgeon relocates the testicle from its abnormal position in the abdomen or groin into the scrotum. This helps promote normal testicular development and function. Treatment is essential to prevent long-term complications, especially if the condition is identified in early childhood.
