Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Adelight is getting ready for her final exams in high school this year. She wants to become a teacher and plans to go to college after finishing high school to make her dream come true. She enjoys cooking and reading novels, always experimenting with new recipes. However, she's been feeling sick for the past week, with a fever and pain when she pees. Now, she's also feeling pain in her lower abdomen.
Medical history
Adelight, who was sitting for her exams last year, had been feeling sick for one week prior to coming to the hospital. She had a fever and pain when she was passing urine, and this later progressed to pain in the lower part of the abdomen. Adelight's condition was worse on her admission and upon examination and laboratory investigations, she was diagnosed with urinary tract infection and severe malaria. She was admitted and given the best treatment
Outcome
The infection should be treated immediately, since it may spread onto kidneys, if left untreated. It will also keep causing pain and discomfort if the treatment is not received.
