Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Ruth is a 16-year-old girl, the third child in her family, and she's in SS2 (equivalent to 10th grade). She enjoys watching movies, reading novels, and dreams of becoming a pediatrician. Her favorite musician is Don Moen, and her favorite author is Tina Bogu. Recently, she developed itchy rashes on her legs and skin lesions, which have been bothering her a lot. They make her miss classes because of the discomfort. Additionally, she's been having tooth infections and decay, causing her severe pain and headaches. It's hard for her to chew because of the pain.
Medical history
A 16 year old, Ruth, presented with toothache and eczema. Medications were prescribed and the patient was advised on how to maintain personal hygiene to avoid recurrences. The symptoms of the tooth infection and skin infection were treated with the medication and it ceased. The child was happy and so were the parents.
Outcome
Chronic itching, discomfort, and visible skin changes associated with eczema can significantly impact a person's emotional well-being, sleep quality, and overall quality of life. In cases of moderate to severe eczema, doctors may prescribe topical corticosteroid creams or ointments to reduce inflammation and relieve itching.
