Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

Joyce is a 19-year-old girl who lives with her parents in Polo. She's quiet and dreams of becoming an environmental biologist. About two weeks ago, she started having tummy pain, especially on her left side. It's a sharp pain, and she's also noticed a bad smell from her vaginal discharge and it hurts when she pees. Doctors did some tests and found out she has an infection in her left kidney and a disease in her pelvic area.

Medical history

Joyce, a 19 year old, presented with a case of Left Nephritis + P.I.D. The pain left her uncomfortable for days. She presented at the hospital and was diagnosed. Her family is currently going through some financial challenges. On the approval of Helpster, she got treatment that has left her in a better state than when she first visited the hospital. She has recovered fully and is up and about her daily routine.

Outcome

If nephritis is caused by a bacterial infection, such as a urinary tract infection or streptococcal infection, antibiotics may be prescribed to treat the underlying infection and reduce inflammation in the kidneys. If untreated, chronic PID can lead to serious problems like infertility, ectopic pregnancy (a pregnancy that occurs outside the womb), chronic pelvic pain, and abscess formation in the pelvic organs. Treatment typically includes a course of antibiotics to treat the infection. It's important for sexual partners to be treated as well to prevent reinfection. In severe cases or when complications arise, surgery might be necessary.
