Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

Migel comes from a single parent background and like all children like him undergo untold challenges in meeting his needs. He is a bright boy with big dream. He like football and aspires to be a doctor when he grows up. A few days ago, he sensed body pain, fever, headache, chest pain and nausea. The mother is struggling with his school fees and is in arrears and was unable to pay the medical fees.Migel's mom is raising him alone, and like many kids in similar situations, he faces a lot of struggles. Despite this, he's a smart boy with big dreams. He loves playing football and hopes to become a doctor one day. Recently, he's been feeling sick with body aches, fever, headache, chest pain, and nausea. Unfortunately, his mom is having trouble paying both his school fees and medical bills.

Medical history

Migel was diagnosed with severe malaria and pneumonia then put to immediate treatment. This saved him from brain and lung damage. Pneumonia kills same with malaria. However by the time he was discharged, he could afford a smile and has resumed class

Outcome

The infection should be treated immediately, since it may spread onto kidneys, if left untreated. It will also keep causing pain and discomfort if the treatment is not received.
