Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Johnson is a 5-year-old twin and the youngest of seven siblings. His mom helps clean houses, earning around 10,000 to 15,000 per month, while his dad makes furniture, but his income varies. They all live together in a rented room and parlor. About 4 years ago, Johnson's mom noticed a swelling in his right scrotum. They couldn't afford hospital treatment, so he's been using local herbs, but it hasn't helped. Doctors diagnosed him with a condition called right hydrocele, and he's waiting to get treatment.
Medical history
The child was admitted for Hydrocelectomy surgery. The surgery was successful and the boy was discharged home on 9th February 2024, after few days of recovery. No complications. His now doing fine and he has go back to school
Outcome
If scortal swelling is not treated, it can lead to prolonged pain, discomfort, and potential complications, such as hematomas (blood clots) or infection at the site of injury. The swelling needs to be surgically remove, to allow for a comfortable, painless life of the patient.
