Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Akhi is an eighteen-year-old girl who was living happily with her husband in a rented tin-roofed house. They got married thirteen months ago, and Akhi became pregnant. While she tends to be reserved, she enjoys spending time with her husband and exploring different places. Currently, she is thirty-nine weeks pregnant, but there is a problem with the baby's well-being, and she urgently needs to undergo a caesarean section. Akhi's husband works at a garment factory, but the salary is not enough to pay the rent, electricity bill, food, medicines, treatment. Akhi learned about the Helpster Charity from her neighbors. Akhi is earnestly requesting the Helpster Heroes to support her treatment.
Medical history
Akhi was experiencing fetal distress, necessitating an emergency cesarean section to prevent potential life-threatening complications for both her and the baby. This procedure ensured a quick and effective improvement in the baby's oxygen supply, securing a safe delivery. Additionally, due to Akhi's significantly low hemoglobin level, a blood transfusion was required. The cesarean section was successfully performed without any complications. Akhi expressed her gratitude: "I am so grateful to Helpster Charity and Narayanganj Polyclinic. I was extremely worried before, as there were no medicines and no place for me in a government hospital. Now I feel good, and our newborn baby is safe and sound. Thank you, Helpster Charity Donors! I will never forget your help." Dr. Soma Rani Dey performed the cesarean section.
Outcome
A Cesarean section is necessary to prevent potential life-threatening complications for both the mother and the baby. This method allows for a quick and effective improvement in the baby's oxygen supply, ensuring its safe delivery. Additionally, due to the patient's significantly low hemoglobin level, a blood transfusion is required.
