Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Jamal is a 2-year-old boy and the youngest in his family. His parents, who have four children, are currently unemployed. The children live with their grandmother while the parents search for work in another city. When Jamal was 1 year old, his grandmother noticed that he didn't have testes in his left scrotum. However, because the family is struggling financially, they couldn't afford the surgery to bring down the testes.
Medical history
When Jamal was 1 year old, his grandmother noticed that he didn't have testes in his left scrotum. However, because the family is struggling financially, they couldn't afford the surgery to bring down the testes. On presentation at the hospital, he was diagnosed with Undescended Testes and admitted for surgical correction. The surgery was successful, and the child recovered beautifully. He was later discharged home accompanied by his parent. The child and parent were grateful to Helpster Charity.
Outcome
Treatment for undescended testis typically involves surgery, known as orchiopexy. During this procedure, a surgeon relocates the testicle from its abnormal position in the abdomen or groin into the scrotum. This helps promote normal testicular development and function. Treatment is essential to prevent long-term complications, especially if the condition is identified in early childhood.
