Awal is a 4-year-old boy who lives in a rented apartment with his two siblings. His dad works as an electrician, and his mom is a tailor. The trouble started when Awal's mom noticed after he was born that his left testicle was missing from the sac in his groin area, and sometimes it swells up there. The doctors say he has a condition called left undescended testicle, which means the testicle didn't move down into its proper place. He needs surgery to fix it, but his family can't afford it because they don't have enough money. They've come to Helpster for free treatment.

Awal was diagnosed with Undescended Testes, and his parent did not have the funds to treat. When he presented to the Divine Amazing Grace, having heard of the free treatment, he was examined and admitted for surgery. Surgical correction was performed successfully, and he recovered well. Later discharged home with his parent. They were happy and grateful to Helpster Charity.
