Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Mary is a seven-month-old baby girl and is the youngest of six children. Her father works for a transportation company and her mother sells small goods. They live in a two-room rented house. About a month ago, Mary's abdomen on the right side started bloating. When Mary was born, she had a problem called intussusception. In December 2023, she had a bowel obstruction. Doctors performed a surgery called laparotomy, and removed part of her intestine.
Medical history
Mary had incisional hernia following surgical correction done for Intussuception. The child was admitted and surgical correction of the hernia performed successfully. After several days on admission, the child was feeling much better, obstruction was relieved, clinical status improved, and the baby girl was discharged home with her parent. They were delighted and grateful to Helpful Charity.
Outcome
Incisional hernias can lead to compromised organ circulation and weakened surgical scars, causing additional discomfort and pain.
