Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Medical history
Anita dreams of owning a big salon and becoming a hairdresser. She's currently in school and loves taking part in athletics and music festivals. She presented to the hospital with symptoms of headache, chest pain, and cough; was diagnosed to be suffering from pneumonia and put on treatment. She got well after the treatment and resumed school.
Outcome
Pneumonia should be treated with antibiotics. If left untreated, pneumonia may lead to the permanent lung damage, respiratory failure, septicaemia (infection entering blood stream and causing sepsis), pleural effusion (accumulation of fluid in the space between the lung and chest wall, which can make breathing difficult), and other life-threatening complications.
