Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Modecayo is an eight-year-old boy who lives with his grandmother. He's a diligent and modest child who enjoys crafting and watching cartoons. He's in third grade and dreams of becoming an engineer. Recently, he came to the facility because he was experiencing stomach pain along with diarrhea and vomiting. Additionally, he had one episode of convulsions, which worried his grandmother a lot.
Medical history
He was brought to the facility because he was experiencing stomach pain along with diarrhea and vomiting. Additionally, he had one episode of convulsions, which worried his grandmother a lot. He was diagnosed with severe malaria and gastroenteritis with moderate dehydration. He was admitted and put on the necessary medication and discharged after he had gotten well.
Outcome
Gastroenteritis can cause significant loss of fluids and electrolytes through vomiting and diarrhea. Without proper treatment, dehydration can become severe and require urgent medical attention. Malaria should be treated promptly with the use of antimalarial drugs. If left untreated, it can lead to severe complications and even death. It can result in organ failure, severe anemia, neurological issues, and in some cases, prove fatal, making early diagnosis and treatment crucial for preventing these life-threatening consequences.
