Geoffery is a clever fifteen-year-old boy who aspires to become an engineer when he grows up. He enjoys crafting and drawing, and at school, he is often found sketching between lessons while waiting for the next teacher. He came to the hospital with a history of abdominal pain and fever, and he had experienced one episode of convulsion before being rushed to the hospital.

He had a history of abdominal pain that is not associated with diarrhea and vomiting but he presented today in the facility with one episode of convulsion that was associated with fever and this made health providers to admit him for inpatient care but grandmother had nothing to pay to the facility so she was referred to helpster coordinator to seek help and this made us to assess her background status we realize that they needed our help .
