Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Ibrahim is a five-year-old boy from a poor family. He is very active and cheerful. He likes to ride a bicycle and dreams of becoming a pilot when he grows up. About two years ago, Ibrahim's mother noticed that he had a swelling of his scrotum that was decreasing and was accompanied by mild pain, discomfort and a feeling of heaviness. He was referred to the hospital and diagnosed with an Inguinal Hernia.
Medical history
Ibrahim is a five-year-old boy from a poor family. He is very active and cheerful. He likes to ride a bicycle and dreams of becoming a pilot when he grows up. About two years ago, Ibrahim's mother noticed that he had a swelling of his scrotum that was decreasing and was accompanied by mild pain, discomfort and a feeling of heaviness. He was referred to the hospital and diagnosed with an Inguinal Hernia. He underwent successful surgery on 23/3/24 and was discharged home on 26/3/24
Outcome
If left untreated, inguinal hernias can lead to complications such as bowel obstruction, strangulation (where blood supply to the herniated tissue is cut off), and significant pain or discomfort. Surgery is the most common treatment for inguinal hernias to repair the weakened area and prevent these potential complications.
