Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Munni is a thirty-five year old woman who lives with her husband and son. Munni lives a very difficult life. She married at a young age and has a fourteen-year-old son. Munni's husband is a day laborer. Their son helps his father in his studies and work from an early age. They have a poultry. Nevertheless, the family struggles to make ends meet. Munni needs an emergency caesarean section and is asking Helpster donors to support her financially.
Medical history
Munni's due date is 22.3.2024 but her labor pains started from 5.3.2024! In such situations Cesarean operation is necessary to save the life of mother and baby. Munni didn't know what to do, no hospital was nearby, the family had no money. Their neighbours, Emamul's family (Emamul had been supported by Helpster Charity) told Munni about Helpster Charity. Munni and her husband came to RUDO Hospital and were accompanied futher by Dr.Arif who reported the case to Helpster Charity. Helpster Charity team immediately approved the case. It was an emergency case. Cesarean Section was immediately done. Munni an dher baby were saved. The operation took about 1 hour. It was done through a spinal block. Catheters were used to drain urine. Abdominal skin was cleaned with antiseptic. An experienced surgeon operated on about 6 inches of the lower abdomen. Then the baby was removed after the same surgery in the uterus. Munni needed to be hospitalized for treatment to fully recover. As her membranes ruptured during pregnancy, that could cause pain and may lead to infection. Munni was further treated with antibiotics. Dr.Arif has visited Munni's house. Munni and the baby feel great. Dr.Arif has checked their condition. Munni is happy ant is grateful to RUDO Hospital and Helpster Charity Donors!
Outcome
This condition can lead to a risk of fetal growth retardation, increased risk of umbilical cord compression and impaired fetal blood supply, and an increased risk of complications during labor such as dystocia or obstructed labor. In these situations, cesarean section is crucial to ensure the well-being of the mother and a safe birth.
