Afsana, a 10-year-old girl, resides in a tin shed house with her parents and sisters. Her mother is the sole breadwinner of the family. Afsana was diagnosed with urinary tract infection and respiratory tract infection, experiencing symptoms like fever, painful urination, abdominal discomfort, cough, and cold. Learning about Helpster Charity from neighbors, Afsana's mother, Nasima, sought assistance at Narayanganj Polyclinic. Afsana received treatment at the hospital, including intravenous antibiotics. Nasima, unable to afford the treatment expenses, relies on support from Helpster Charity Donors.

Afsana, a 10-year-old girl, was suffering from a Urinary Tract Infection (Cystitis) along with a Respiratory Tract Infection. Despite numerous rounds of antibiotics from the local pharmacy, government hospital, and private doctors, her condition continued to worsen. She required emergency hospitalization. Afsana received injectable antibiotics, nebulization treatments with sulbutamol, ipratropium bromide, and budesonide, along with paracetamol, anti-spasmodic drugs, and anti-emetic medications. Thankfully, she is now doing well and has returned home with a bright smile on her face. Afsana's parents are deeply grateful to the Helpster Heroes and the Narayanganj Polyclinic Team for saving their child!
