Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Hauwa is a 18 year old orphan girl, who is internally displaced and lives at Gwange. She is currently in SS2 Science of Government School, Mairi. She aspires to be a Doctor in other to help the less privilege and orphans like her. Hauwa was apparently well until 2 days ago when she developed stomach ache and severe body pain. As at the time of meeting her, she couldn't stand for interview due to the severe abdominal pains and possibly due to fasting. Due to financial constrain, she has not been able to go to the the doctor for treatment until she heard of Helpster.
Medical history
Hauwa is diagnosed with malaria, enteric fever, and gastroenteritis. She was admitted and treated successfully. The fever and other symptoms subsided and she became much better.
Outcome
Malaria should be treated promptly with the use of antimalarial drugs. If left untreated, it can lead to severe complications and even death. It can result in organ failure, severe anemia, neurological issues, and in some cases, prove fatal, making early diagnosis and treatment crucial for preventing these life-threatening consequences. Gastroenteritis can cause significant loss of fluids and electrolytes through vomiting and diarrhea. Without proper treatment, dehydration can become severe and require urgent medical attention.
