Ummi is an eighteen-year-old girl who attends Government School, located about a kilometer from her home. She is the fifth child among eight siblings and lives with her parents. Ummi aspires to become a lawyer in the future. Five days ago, she began experiencing fever, headache, and painful urination, accompanied by a loss of appetite and back pain. Upon examination and laboratory investigations at Nakowa Hospital, she was diagnosed with malaria, enteric fever, and urinary tract infection (UTI).

The treatment was successful, and Ummi's condition began to improve rapidly. Within a few days, her fever subsided, and the symptoms of the UTI diminished significantly. Thanks to the prompt and effective treatment, Ummi's health was restored, allowing her to return to her normal activities, full of energy and joy. Her parents expressed their gratitude, saying, "We have never seen any organization that works as this. They brought flyers to our house telling us they offer free medical treatment. It can result in organ failure, severe anemia, neurological issues, and in some cases, prove fatal, making early diagnosis and treatment crucial for preventing these life-threatening consequences. UTI should be treated immediately, since it may spread onto kidneys, if left untreated. It will also keep causing pain and discomfort if the treatment is not received.
