Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Samuel resides with his parents in a single-room structure made of corrugated iron sheeting. He is a cheerful baby who often finds joy in laughter. However, over the past few days, Samuel has been experiencing a skin rash, characterized by dry and scaly patches, as well as areas with hypopigmentation. Additionally, he has been irritable and showing signs of discomfort. His feeding behavior, particularly breastfeeding, has also been affected.
Medical history
Samuel was brought by his mother to the hospital; his mother reported that for the past 4 days, Samuel had been having generalized macular rash on the skin and was also quite irritable. On the day he was brought to the hospital, he had a fever too. The child was examined by the doctor and after making the diagnosis, the mother was given some medication, which included a topical ointment for the child. The child was brought back to the hospital after 5 days for check up and appeared very jovial. He was well. He no longer had the skin rash.
Outcome
Topical corticosteroid creams or ointments are often prescribed to reduce inflammation and relieve itching associated with dermatitis. These medications help to suppress the immune response and alleviate symptoms.
