Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Eunice is a two-year-old girl who has been healthy until four days ago when her mother noticed swelling on the outer part of her right ear. There's no history of insect bites or trauma. The mother has observed that Eunice has become very irritable and cries frequently. The swollen area is tender to the touch and feels warm.
Medical history
The child was brought in by the mother with a four-day history of a swollen pinna and ear pain. Upon assessment, the child was diagnosed with otitis media, a swollen eardrum, and an elevated local temperature. Antibiotics were prescribed to be taken for five days. Eunice progressed well to recovery
Outcome
Complications of cellulitis can be very serious. These can include extensive tissue damage and tissue death (gangrene). The infection can also spread to the blood, bones, lymph system, heart, or nervous system. These infections can lead to amputation, shock, or even death. Doctors treat cellulitis with antibiotics.
