About six months ago, Mohd's health took a turn when he began experiencing flank and lower abdominal pain, painful urination (dysuria), and bloody urine. Fortunately, these symptoms improved after taking antibiotics and painkillers. However, today, he was brought to the UMD Clinic due to the inability to pass urine, resulting in urine retention and necessitating catheterization. Upon examination, the doctor diagnosed Mohd with Acute Urine Retention secondary to a bladder stone. Urgent surgery is required to prevent further complications.

Has a successful surgery on 27th April, 2024 and was discharged home on 30th April,2024. His condition has improved significantly.
