Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

Sheldon's mother was out hanging some clothes that she had washed when she heard a sharp shrill come out of the kitchen. She dropped everything and rushed to the kitchen where she found Sheldon crying in pain. Sheldon had burnt himself on the umbilical region with a hot spoon. In a state of panic and uncertainty, she quickly applied cold water to the burn before rushing Sheldon to the hospital.

Medical history

The patient was brought to the facility with complaints of a second-degree burn in the umbilical region for three days. The wound was irritable. With the support of Helpster Charity Foundation, the wound was cleaned, and antibiotics along with silver sulfadiazine cream were provided. The mother was grateful for the help and was advised to keep the wound clean for proper healing.

Outcome

It's essential to clean the wound to prevent infection. After that, Sheldon will receive creams which will help him care for the affected skin area and heal faster.
