Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Mael is a joyful child who finds delight in playing with his friends, running around with laughter, and expressing himself through singing and dancing. However, Mael has been unwell lately, experiencing a persistent dry cough accompanied by a runny nose, fever, and a rash on his face. The cough is so severe that it interferes with his ability to eat, as he coughs frequently.
Medical history
He had been experiencing a persistent cough, flu symptoms, and fever for the past three days, along with a facial skin rash. After evaluation, he was diagnosed with pneumonia. He was discharged with a prescription for antibiotics and pain relievers to aid his recovery. He is doing well.
Outcome
Pneumonia should be treated with antibiotics. If left untreated, pneumonia may lead to the permanent lung damage, respiratory failure, septicaemia (infection entering blood stream and causing sepsis), pleural effusion (accumulation of fluid in the space between the lung and chest wall, which can make breathing difficult), and other life-threatening complications.
