Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Ashley, who enjoys playing with her friends and is looking forward to joining school like other children, has recently been unwell. Despite her mother's attempts at home remedies for her cough, vomiting, poor appetite, and bouts of diarrhea, Ashley's condition has worsened. As a result, it has been decided to bring her to the hospital for proper evaluation and treatment. It is important to provide the medical team with detailed information about her symptoms and previous home remedies. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to ask.
Medical history
Ashley developed cough vomiting poor appetite runny nose. and diarrhoea she was assessed by our clinician and found to have severe pneumonia, and gastroenteritis she was then put on hydrating fluids antibiotics and antipyretics after 4 days she responded to treatment and was discharged to go home to continue with oral medication
Outcome
Pneumonia should be treated with antibiotics. If left untreated, pneumonia may lead to the permanent lung damage, respiratory failure, septicaemia (infection entering blood stream and causing sepsis), pleural effusion (accumulation of fluid in the space between the lung and chest wall, which can make breathing difficult), and other life-threatening complications.
