Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Felix likes to dance and also likes playing football. He and his friends make the football with old clothes since they cannot afford to buy a foot ball from the shops. When he joins high school, he would like to be chosen as one of the soccer team players. He would like to be a football coach when he grows up. He presented to the hospital with a burning sensation when he is passing urine for the past 2 weeks and has also been having a fever over the past 3 or so days.
Medical history
He came to the hospital reporting a burning sensation during urination for the past two weeks, accompanied by a fever for the last three days. Felix was admitted for three days and received intravenous antibiotics to manage the discharge. He was discharged in stable condition with a prescription for oral antibiotics to continue at home. A follow up phone call confirmed that he is doing well
Outcome
Prognosis of urinary tract infection is excellent with prompt treatment. Most cases resolve within 3–7 days with appropriate antibiotics.
