Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Fatima is a 2-year old girl leaving with her parent in Nasarawa ward Damaturu. She was apparently well until 3-days prior to presentation when she developed sudden fever, cough, and shortness of breathing. On presentation to our facility she was examined, investigated (x-ray showed features of consolidation) and a diagnosis of Bronchopneumonia was made. He requires urgent medical treatments at Helpster's approval.
Medical history
Fatima was admitted in our facility where she was managed as a case of pneumonia. She had her complete dosages of intravenous antibiotics and other medications. She had a very good response to the treatment before being discharged home after recovering from her presenting symptoms. Father is so happy and grateful to helpster for supporting his child.
Outcome
With proper medical treatment, Pneumonia has good prognosis and outcomes.
