Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Jinel would like to be a teacher when she grows up. She likes going to school, likes playing with her friends and also likes to play with her siblings. She lives with her mother and her siblings. She began complaining of general body malaise a few days prior to coming to the hospital, and this was associated with a fever. Her mother gave her some herbal concoction to take, but still, this did not offer any improvement, she only got worse. She was brought to the hospital looking weak and in need of urgent medical attention.
Medical history
Jinel came with complain of cough, vomiting, dizziness and fever he was assessed , tested and found to have anaemia and pneumonia .He was then treated with antibiotics antipyretic drugs to boost blood levels, she was observed for 5 days and released home on oral medication
Outcome
Pneumonia should be treated with antibiotics. If left untreated, pneumonia may lead to the permanent lung damage, respiratory failure, septicaemia (infection entering blood stream and causing sepsis), pleural effusion (accumulation of fluid in the space between the lung and chest wall, which can make breathing difficult), and other life-threatening complications.
