Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Evans is a hardworking boy and is always among the top 8 in his class. He is in primary school. His parents are casual laborer's at the tea farm close to where they live and he at times assists his parents to pick tea. He likes to play football and also enjoys athletics. He presented to the hospital with severe burns on his face, hands and legs. On the evening prior to coming to the hospital, he had gone to add firewood to the fireplace where his mother had been cooking, and while in the process of bending as he added firewood, he accidentally stepped on one of the firestones that was holding the pot of boiling water, and the water spilt on his face, hands and legs, burning him. They were unable to come to hospital on the same evening and Evans had to sleep in pain on that night; but well wishers brought to the hospital the following day.
