Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Adrian is a cheerful young boy who lives with his mother and grandparents. He enjoys playing with other children in the neighborhood and loves eating rice and beef. However, he began vomiting a day ago, accompanied by abdominal pain, headache, and cough. His mother administered herbal medicine, but his condition persisted. He was rushed to the hospital when the condition persisted.
Medical history
Adrian was started on intravenous Gentamycin and Flagyl, together with Amoxyl and a stat dose of ABZ. He responded well to the treatment, with his fever and breathing difficulties gradually subsiding. Within a short time, his condition improved significantly, and he was able to eat, play, and interact normally again. Adrian has since been discharged in good health, and his family is very grateful for the care and support provided.
Outcome
Adrian prognosis is good since he has already been put on antibiotics which will counter the infections
