Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Zainab is a twenty-two-year-old Fulani woman living with her husband in an IDP camp. She is a nomadic farmer from a poor background with no formal education. She appeared healthy until three months before her presentation at our facility when she began experiencing abnormal vaginal bleeding and body weakness. The bleeding was profuse and accompanied by dizziness. Upon arrival at our facility, she was examined and investigated, leading to a diagnosis of choriocarcinoma. She urgently requires surgery.
Medical history
Zainab, a young girl diagnosed with choriocarcinoma, underwent a successful myomectomy as her treatment plan. Following the surgery, she received cytotoxic drugs to target any remaining cancer cells. With close monitoring and follow-up care, Zainab's treatment was deemed successful. She was later discharged home to complete her recovery process. Zainab and her husband are so grateful to helpster donors for helping her in fighting her illness.
Outcome
With proper management with chemotherapy, it has good prognosis. However, if left untreated, it may metastasis to other organs. she has good chance of longer live if Helpster comes to her aid.
