Branice L., 16

Branice is a 16-year-old girl who lives with her brother and often seeks help from a nearby orphanage, as she is an orphan. She is known for being hardworking and kind. Branice loves cooking, playing football, and watching games, and she aspires to become a nurse in the future. She was brought to the hospital by her guardian, complaining of chills, difficulty in breathing, cough, and chest pains. These symptoms had persisted for two days, and on the day she was brought to the hospital, she also had a fever. Recognizing the severity of her condition, Branice went to the orphanage for assistance. The director of the orphanage brought her to God's Favour Hospital, where, through Helpster Charity, sick underprivileged children receive care. Branice's symptoms suggest a possible respiratory infection or pneumonia, necessitating prompt medical evaluation and treatment to manage her condition and prevent further complications.

Branice is an orphan girl who lives in the orphanage. He was diagnosed with pneumonia, she was treated in outpatient department, she responded well to medication and two weeks later she was strong again and able to return back to normal school activities. Her guardian was very happy and thankful to Helpster charity for their support in paying their daughters medical bills.

Pneumonia should be treated with antibiotics. If left untreated, pneumonia may lead to the permanent lung damage, respiratory failure, septicaemia (infection entering blood stream and causing sepsis), pleural effusion (accumulation of fluid in the space between the lung and chest wall, which can make breathing difficult), and other life-threatening complications.
