Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Olalekan is a 16-year-old boy who lives with his father, a farmer, his mother, a tailor, and his three siblings in a rented room. He enjoys dancing and dreams of becoming an air force officer. Olalekan was healthy until January when he developed a swelling in his groin area that appears and disappears, bulging out when he coughs. This swelling causes him discomfort. After a medical examination, he was diagnosed with a right reducible inguinal hernia.
Medical history
Olalekan was admitted on account of a swelling in his groin area that appears and disappears, bulging out when he coughs. This swelling causes him discomfort. After a medical examination, he was diagnosed with a right reducible inguinal hernia. He had Herniorraphy surgery, and the hernia was repaired successfully with no complaints. He was discharged home with his parents and they were thankful to Helpster.
Outcome
If left untreated, inguinal hernias can lead to complications such as bowel obstruction, strangulation (where blood supply to the herniated tissue is cut off), and significant pain or discomfort. Surgery is the most common treatment for inguinal hernias to repair the weakened area and prevent these potential complications.
