Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Fatima, a 19-year-old from a poor family background, was brought to this facility. She is introverted, she likes cooking and has a dream to become a banker. About 2 years ago, she noticed a palpable tissue in her breast associated with pain. She sought treatment in another facility, where she was placed on antibiotics and analgesics and ran some investigations. She was eventually booked for surgery, a procedure called lumpectomy, but didn't have enough money to pay for the cost of treatment. She came to UMD Medical Clinic, were the doctors examined, investigated and confirmed diagnosis to be Breast Lump. She requires surgery upon approval by Helpster charity.
Medical history
A 19year-old girl who was diagnosed with breast lump. He was admitted and prepared for surgery. Surgery was done successfully and there were no complications. The child felt much better and was discharged home with the parents. They were happy and grateful to Helpster for the free surgery.
Outcome
The breast lumps are safely treated through surgery with good prognosis and this would eliminate the chance of breast cancer and the pain and discomfort associated with the lump.
