Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

Sadiq Lawan is a one-year-old child of an internally displaced person (IDP). The child is playful and moves around their premises. He was well until three months ago when his parents noticed the hydrocele swelling. The parents brought their child to UMD Medical Clinic with complaints of hydrocele swelling lingering for 3nreducible and sometimes associated with pain, as evidenced by the child crying and grasping the site of the months; it's no swelling. On presentation, he was examined, investigated, and diagnosed with Hydrocele. He was awaiting Helpster's approval.

Medical history

Sadiq is a 1-year-old boy who was diagnosed with hydrocele. He was admitted and prepared for surgery. Surgery was done successfully and there were no complications. The child felt much better and was discharged home with the parents. They were happy and grateful to Helpster for the free surgery.

Outcome

If left untreated, hydrocele can lead to complications such as bowel obstruction, strangulation (where blood supply to the herniated tissue is cut off), and significant pain or discomfort. Surgery is the most common treatment for inguinal hernias to repair the weakened area and prevent these potential complications.
