Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Hadiza Abubakar is a full-time housewife with no formal education; she has a good character and relates well with the people in their community. Her dream is to become an entrepreneur in her community. The health problem started about 3 days ago when she went into labor. It started with labor pain, and then she was taken to a nearby PHCC, Where she delivered to the first twin, and the second twin was retained and started bleeding. She was rushed to this facility, where she was urgently reviewed by the gynecology team for possible surgery, but at the time of review, she was dizzy, weak, and pale. Diagnosis of a Retained second Twin with a Placenta in a Grand Multipara was made. She requires urgent surgical intervention.
Medical history
Hadiza presented to our facility where she was managed as a case of retained 2nd twin and placenta. She was properly managed and the 2nd twin plus the placenta were delivered successfully. She had a good post delivery care with the appropriate drugs and care. She was later discharged when she and the babies became stable. The family is so grateful for the help they received from helpster.
Outcome
There is urgent need for admission and the surgery, the prognosis is good but only if she is attended to very urgent. She may develop so many complications if the surgery is not done on time, the baby may also develop some complications which include cerebral palsy if the surgery is not done immediately
