Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

An 8-year-old boy, jovial, friendly, and wanted to be a lawyer in the future. He lives in Damaturu with his parents and family. He was apparently well, until about two months before the presentation, when he was noticed to have developed bilateral scrotal swelling. He was brought to the hospital by his parents and a diagnosis of Right Inguinal Hernia was made upon investigations and examinations in our facility.

Medical history

Muhammad was admitted to our facility and had Herniotomy and Hydrocelectomy done successfully with no site infection or any other complications. He received post operative abtibiotics - IV Flagyl, IV Ciprofloxacin for 72 hours in addition with analgesics and Intravenous fluids. He recovered well and was ambulated early and started oral sips. He was later discharged after 72 hours with oral medications as the recovery improved.

Outcome

This patient had hydrocelectomy about 6 months ago and now came with right inguinal hernia. the prognosis is very good if the patient is treated urgent,Surgery has to be done Herniotomy but if the child is left un attended it will cause a very serious health problem
