Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
A 2-year-old boy is living with his parent at Abari ward, Damaturu. Presently, the boy can work and run, having reached the normal developmental milestones for his age. Adamu was apparently well until 2 days ago when she stated having a fever and generalized body weakness. On presentation at our facility, he was examined, investigated, and diagnosed with Sickle Cell anemia with severe malaria with prostration. The child requires urgent medical care upon Helspter's approval.
Medical history
Mai was admitted as a case of severe anemia and malaria. Received full treatment of IV Artesunate and then started oral antimalarials and other drugs. Due to the severe anemia, blood transfusion with packed cells was done. Mai mala has received the full treatment course and respond very well to the treatment.
Outcome
this patient need admission should be treated properly with injectable anti malaria and also blood transfussion.The prognosis is good if the patient receive adequate care and adequate nutrition If this child is left untreated he will develop many complications which include cerebral malaria that will lead to permanent brain damage.it may also lead to anaemic head failure and subsiquently the patient may give up
