Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Umar Umar, a 19-year-old pensioner's son, was brought into this facility. He is introverted, likes music and dancing, and dreams of becoming an accountant in the future. About ten months ago, he started experiencing right loin pain, Lower back pain, and dysuria. He has presented to different health facilities and was diagnosed with a suitable kidney stone but didn't have enough money to pay for the medical bills. On presentation at our facility, he was examined and investigated, and a diagnosis of a Right Kidney Stone was made. He requires urgent surgery upon Helpster's approval.

Medical history

Umar Umar, a 19-year-old pensioner's son, was brought into this facility. He is introverted, likes music and dancing, and dreams of becoming an accountant in the future. About ten months ago, he started experiencing right loin pain, Lower back pain, and dysuria. He has presented to different health facilities and was diagnosed with a suitable kidney stone but didn't have enough money to pay for the medical bills. On presentation at our facility, he was examined and investigated, and a diagnosis of a Right Kidney Stone was made. He requires urgent surgery upon Helpster's approval. Had successful surgery on 5th June, 2024 and was discharged on 7th June,2024. Parents were thankful to Helpster Charity for the free surgery.

Outcome

Larger stones might require more extensive treatment like using sound waves to break up the stone (lithotripsy), surgery to remove very large stones, or using a scope passed through the bladder to remove smaller stones. Kidney stones can cause excruciating pain as they move through the urinary tract. If left untreated, the stone may continue to pass or become lodged in a position that causes persistent, severe pain.
