Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Hamsatu is a calm, reserved person, passionate about caring for others, and a brilliant student. Still, she had to drop out of secondary school because of financial disability as her family could not afford to pay for her to complete her secondary education, and she subsequently got married at the age of 15. Her dream is to be a Nurse. She presented with suprapubic pain, bleeding per vagina, and passage of fleshly materials. She was diagnosed with Hemorrhagic shock complicated by incomplete miscarriage.
Medical history
She was admitted as a case of incomplete miscarriage and Hemorrhagic Shock with severe anemia of 13% PCV. She received multiple blood transfusions and IV antibiotics for 5 days. Hamsatu had received a full course of her prescribed treatment and responded so well to it. She recovered and was discharged home.
Outcome
Unless evacuation of the uterus is done, the PV bleeding and abdominal pain will persist. The patient needs urgent resuscitation as follows: - Do urgent PCV, GXM of at least 5 units of blood - Do urgent Obstetric Scan - Do RBS, EUCr - Give IV fluid before the availability of blood - Give Intranasal oxygen - Do Manual Vacuum Aspiration (MVA) - Antibiotics
