Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Outcome

The disease has a good prognosis if treated urgently with antibiotics, but it has some complications which include urosepsis, and may cause miscarriage if not treated.therefore this patient has to be admitted in the obstetric ward, she has to be thoroughly examined and investigations should be done,so that the causative agent is identified and treated accordingly
