Imoleayo is the youngest child in a six-person family, living with his mother, father, and siblings in a rented apartment. Both of his parents are farmers, and their monthly income ranges from $15 to $20, though sometimes it is less. Imoleayo was apparently well until two months ago when his family noticed a swelling in his left groin area. Initially, the swelling was small but gradually increased in size and became occasionally painful. It becomes noticeable during activity or coughing but retracts afterward. Upon presentation at the medical facility, he was examined, investigated, and diagnosed with a left inguinoscrotal hernia. He requires surgery, pending approval from Helpster Charity.

Imoleayo Adenuga was diagnosed with an Inguinal hernia and admitted upon Helpster's approval for the surgery. The surgery was successfully done with no complications. Child recovered and could resume his activities with joy. his parents were happy and grateful.
