Ezekiel M., 16

Ezekiel is a 16 year old boy living with his parent at Old GRA. Being the eldest son, he is the man of the house since the demise of his father. He attends NAMU School and he hopes to be an engineer someday. Ezekiel complained to his mother of having headache and abdominal pain. He also lost appetite and felt everything was tasteless in his mouth. The mother bought him drugs at the chemist nearby but that could not arrest the problem. He was brought to the hospital in pains and was examined, investigated and diagnosed with Malaria, Enteric Fever, and Peptic Ulcer Disease (PUD)

Ezekiel Musa was diagnosed with malaria, enteric fever, and peptic ulcer disease (PUD). He received treatment at Nakowa Specialists Hospital, where he was closely monitored and cared for. Thanks to timely medical attention and support from the Helpster charity, Ezekiel made a full recovery. His family is deeply grateful for the assistance that helped him get better.

If Ezekiel is not treated of malaria urgently, it can lead to destruction of his red blood cells which can lead to a significant drop in the number of healthy red blood cells, causing severe fatigue and weakness. Malaria can weaken the immune system, making it harder for the body to deal with the complications of PUD.
