Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

Precious is a four year old child who is the first born in a family of two. She is currently staying with her mother. She is quite jovial whenever she is around people she is familiar with but quite shy with strangers. Precious has been well until a week ago when she started complaining of headache, painful throat and nausea. A few days after the symptoms began, she also began vomiting after oral intake, coughing persistently and she also had a fever. Her mother, who had no money to pay for her daughter's medical attention had heard about Helpster Charity and brought the child to our hospital.

Medical history

Precious had been feeling unwell and was having a hard time swallowing food, she had alot of pain in her throat while swallowing food. Concerned about her condition, her caregivers brought her to the hospital where she was promptly tested for malaria—and the results came back positive. In addition to that, she was found to be suffering from tonsillitis. The medical team quickly sprang into action. Precious was given an antimalarial injection to fight the infection, along with an antibiotic syrup to treat the tonsillitis and a painkiller to help ease her discomfort. Shortly after receiving the medication, she began to feel much better, with the pain significantly reduced. She was discharged with a full course of medication to take at home. A few days later, a follow-up phone call confirmed the good news—Precious was doing well and had made a full recovery.

Outcome

The doctor deduced that the little girl required immediate medical care in order to avoid complications that can easily result from the illnesses. However, he also said that Pracious was out of danger since she had been brought to the hospital.
