Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

Aisha Kadam is a 9 year old girl in the family of 12. Her father dies 3 months ago while she stay with her grandmother along Lagos Street. Aisha knits caps at her leisure time and also helps her grandmother cook. Aisha has been having body weakness for days. Her brother bought her drugs at the nearest chemist but couldn't make her recover. She also have many white spots on her skin which causes her feel uncomfortable and constantly itching her. She was brought to Nakowa for hep due to financial constraint. Child was examined and diagnosed with Scabies, Malaria and Enteric Fever.

Medical history

Aisha struggled with scabies, malaria, and enteric fever, making her days very difficult. She was evaluated at our hospital, diagnosed with Scabies and appropriate treatment was given. With timely medical care and the support of the Helpster charity, she received the treatment she needed to recover fully. Her family is forever grateful for the kindness that gave Aisha a chance to heal and smile again.

Outcome

If Aisha is not treated urgently for scabies, she will experience persistent itching and skin irritation, potentially leading to secondary infections. If malaria and enteric fever are not treated promptly, they can result in severe complications, organ failure, and potentially be life-threatening.
